3. For the room rate we where being charged , this was totally unacceptable, I am surprised they they are not ashamed to rent out rooms of this standard at the rate they where charging.

9. For a luxurious hotel, I find cockroaches unacceptable, which is a shame because the rest of the hotel and location was very nice.
