1. We stayed in the old wing of the hotel-there is a veranda on the second floor but there is no access to it, that is a shame as demand for the beach chairs at the pool would lessen if people on that floor had access to beach chairs if they are placed on the veranda.

5. Sadly, the beach is tiny and the hotel has almost no room on it for chairs and umbrellas, and then they charge for what they have (shame, after paying those prices).

10. It's a shame , I would say pay the few extra bucks and stay at the Royal Hawaiian if your looking for that classic / romantic luxury feel .
