1. I found the staff a bit rude sometimes but that may have jus been a culture clash.

On arrival we did get offered a very reasonably price upgrade to 43rd floor and including in-room breakfast, Happy Hour cocktails and free wi-fi (think I should thank the incredibly rude Russians who were ahead of us in the check in queue as they kept us waiting so long the nice girl on reception felt sorry for us I think.

6. If you like rude front of house staff who have no idea how to answer anything from a parking question to a 'good place to eat' question (which I'M CERTAIN they should know) and getting a 'deluxe city view' which actually look onto a parking lot, then this is the place for you.
