1. I understand the fee when the parcell arrives prior to the guest, but when the guest receives something while staying in the hotel, that was ridiculous.

7. The costs following my return home including ($200 of dry cleaning everything and $100 for my doc and creams) this was ridiculous and costs more than the room.

8. DO NOT book through these guys if you wish to book a car also, they have many hidden charged some of which are ridiculous and the final bill came to over twice what I was originally quoted.
