1. Other reviewers who complained of the long waits were evidently late-risers; the hotel does indeed cater to a lot of business guests so the dining room is quite busy starting at 7:30 a.

We complained and after a considerable amount of arguing were finally put in a large room with a park view the next day, but also after being told two different stories, the first being that they would move our things to the new room while we were out, and the other that we had to be there while they moved our things, meaning we would be stuck in the hotel at 3pm (the middle of our day in NY.

5. If I decided to return after received that 'fantastic' service last october, I can not complain about that.

7. Sometimes I hear hospitality staff complain about the way women tip.

8. Also they charge for Internet even printing boarding passes (though when I complained they did ours) I feel that at the rates they charge Internet shoud be included often I only needed it for restaurant research or such.

9. So if the people responsible don't care about the cleanliness of the room, why would they care if I had complained?Also, the front of house staff was less than friendly, with the exception of the bellmen.
