1. The room was a bit outdated but the view made up for it plus who goes to NYC and stays in the room? The most important was that the bed was very comfortable.

3. The interiors are kind of old and outdated, but who can look at the carpet with those views? I have stayed there maybe 5 or 6 times and it is my first choice when going to NYC.
