1. The matress is too soft, i had back problems the whole week.

2. Two problems, a long line for breakfast (so long that on 2 of the 7 nights we stayed we had to eat breakfast somewhere else) and a ridiculous 10 dollar charge to recieve mail on the hotel per package.

3. While every employee I encountered was very gracious, I did end up waiting for 15 minutes to check into my room (which seemed to be more of a managing problem than any other reason).

7. I wonder where the manager is??We had problems with the door locks and had to have security visit several times in the five days that we stayed there to open our door and to 'work on the lock'.
