1. We was a bit annoyed that reception tried to charge us for taking some items from the minibar when we didnt have anything but when we confronted them they took it off the bill without any questions.

2. Security was always pleasant when they came up to fix the lock, but it is annoying to have to go downstairs several times each time the key does not work to get someone to come and fix the faulty locks.

5. Hotel appeared to be run my middle-aged men who weren`t really interested in being too helpful, they had an air of superiority which was a bit annoying.

6. The rooms are well decorated but while theyre are 'OK' some annoying things: Lighting is dim at night even with all lights on so I had to read anything right under a lamp.

7. Only negatives: very slow elevators, stay low enough to walk up and down(I was on crutches which made this very difficult); one receptionist at check-in quite rude, safe in room did not work, and tub dripped constantly which got annoying late at night(I reported all of this at checkout but no compensation offered for inconvenience).
