1. The large room, with a pricey upgrade, was fine but the bathroom was not refurbished as promised and the room amenities were of yesteryear.

3. I found the rate of the rooms very sensible as far as the services and the level of accomodation are concerned because NYC has become extremely pricey and you can easily find yourself trapped in a basic three-star hotel under the same price.

7. I would stay at this hotel again and recommend to everyone, however we did stay here for a special birthday so if your on a budget this could be a bit on the pricey side but well worth it.

8. Staff were really friendly and helpful, advised us on local places to eat, restaurant at the hotel is very pricey but you can eat lovely meals at the Sixth Avenue diner round the corner.
