6. The concierge desk was very useful for advice on anything in the area, however we did get some wrong info from the desk which resulted in a wasted taxi journey and missing out on one of our planned visits.

We had horrible, appalling experiences the entire NYC trip, rude people, horrible dirty city with graffitti & subway stinking with urine, old trains, misinformed subway information staff which gave us wrong directions, and American Airline's Duty Manager who told us he cldnt be bothered to be nice to tourist even if it means we are helping the US flagging economy.
