4. The second time we checked in early (about 1 PM) and were given a room with a refrigerator that was not working, a bathroom with a decidedly musty smell near the toilet/tub, and a bobby pin in the middle of the living room floor.

Stayed for 2 nights and would highly recommend this hotel--It really is right on times square and the suites although now a little bit dated do provide a seperate bedroom , lounge with sofa bed and fridge and coffee machine so would suit families--nice bar lounge area on the 3rd floor reception and the rooms were very clean-- found all members of the staff very helpful especially the front desk --both our rooms did smell a bit smokey but 2 new rooms were instantly made available -- both these rooms were smoke free and I would recommend this hotel because of the quality of the front desk staff.

10. The bed seemed clean, but the wallpaper was torn and/or bulging off of the wall in several places, the bathtub was stained, the desk chair was stained, and the couch had a very unpleasant smell.
