1. The only negative we had was when they brought our luggage up to the room, one of the bags must have been handled pretty rough as we had a bottle of white wine in there that got broken.

6. The plug for the tub was broken so it would fill the tub even if you were just taking a shower (it was always in the down position) so we had to lift it up and lay it on its side for the tub to drain.
