1. The room was a great size which was important as we were there for a week & with 3 of us it never felt cramped.

3. My only minor complaints were that the automatic wake-up button on the phones was out of order, but this was not a big deal (because I got a timely wake-up call from the desk when I requested it), and I thought that the lobby was a little cramped.

5. We had an oddly shaped room - 1901 - and it was a little cramped when the living room sofa bed was open, but in exchange, we gained some nice amenities, like three great views of Times Square as well as the river, a wet bar and microwave and a separate bedroom.
