1. It was very soft and saggy, and we were fortunate each night to have tired her out walking around the City so that she was able to sleep without TOO many complaints.

2. We did eat breakfast the following day at an additional cost which was nice - chefs could be a little more attentive as I had to wait but the food was good and fresh when served so no complaints.

3. Only complaint - lobby level coffee/bar needs to serve coffee all day long, this is the city that never sleeps.

4. My only complaint is that internet is not free in the rooms (which is the norm, I know) and there are no plates or cutlery available in the rooms.

5. Short walk to almost everywhere you want to go including, rockefeller, macys, empire state building, large number of shows, and I guess time square isn't too far away either ;-)My one major complaint would be the bed was too comfortable.

6. The only minor complaint I have is that on check out we had several mini bar items added to our bill which had not been used.

7. Pros: VERY QUIET, kids had their own space, very good food for a hotel, super convenient to everything Times Square/Broadway has to offer, fast elevators, great staffCons: Only complaint is with housekeeping.

8. in the lounge was another large flat screen tv and a pullout sofa bed, i had read that the sofa beds were awful to sleep on but my boys can sleep anywhere so i have no complaints about this.
