1. I had never been to NYC and visiting on St Patrick's Day was especially hectic, the front desk manager, Ms Amanda Berman, went above and beyond to make sure our stay was comfortable.

4. I would definitely stay here again, although as I said previously, it is right in the middle of the Times Square/Theatre District area, so there's lots of action going on which some people may find too hectic and touristy.
