2. Then the grumpy bellman was very loud and handled our luggage roughly coz he was not happy at collecting our luggage 2hrs earlier eventhough we informed him we wld like to hv breakfast at the hotel then go straight To the airport.

3. The location is excellent and although you would think it would be loud in such a central busy place, it was not at all.

5. It was fairly quiet-you could hear some sounds from the Times Square scene but it was not loud enough to be disruptive when we slept.

Other issues with the hotel1) Staff really didnt seem to have their stuff together- we had 4 people in the room and everyday we had to ask for an additional set of towels as they only left 3 sets- asked for a rollaway and they didnt have one for 2 days- service levels were generally not good2) Hotel is tired- carpet is old to the point that it is buckling - restaurant decor is at least 10 years old3) loud - if you are sleeping the living area you can hear all the hallway noiseGiven that the following are the pluses:1) Location - cant beat it.

7. While it offered all the basic necessities, we were awoken very early each morning by what sounded like a muted fire alarm - loud enough to wake us up, but not as loud as a real alarm.

8. My one wee issue is that the room next door on one night around 4am (so actually one morning) were ridiculously loud for about twenty minutes shouting in the corridoor and even trying to open our room door.

9. Its right in the heart of things (Times Square , oso it is really loud outside and in the lobby sometimes too , but overall it is very nice and my family of four including two teenagers enjoyed it.

10. We had a joke that walking or talking to loudly near it would cause it to charge us.
