They always greet you and hold the door for you and given any problem are very responsive (I couldn't open my door because I was turning the handle down instead of up and the desk manager accompanied me to the room immediately (and didn't laugh at my mistake)I look forward to staying here again in December.

8. I realize it was a busy week due to the convention so i don't really blame them for it but it's New York, shouldn't they be able to handle busy times?1st mistake was they gave us a one bedroom when our reservation clearly stated that it was a two bedroom.
