1. We were on the top floor and did not have that problem.

3. We were on the 26th floor so about half way, and did not hear much noise, occasionally the odd fire engine or police car but this was not a problem.

8. I just don't know if I would ever pay the exorbitant prices for any NYC hotel, but if I did have to pay or did stay in the heart of the city again, I would not have a problem booking at the Doubletree at all.

9. Everything is easy to walk to and I didn't have any problems with 'congestion' at the main entrance.

10. The Doubletree Guest Suites was not listed but you'll be surprised to find out that some of the most luxurious hotels in New York have reported problems.
