3. My sister chose the sofa bed and was comfortable, but if you are an adult with any back pain issues at all, I wouldn't try it.

4. At check-in, there was a bit of a confusion about our reservation, but I think they were having a computer issue and it was fixed right away.

5. High floor had no issues with noise and the fact that the lobby of the hotel is actually on the second floor was not a big deal at all .

9. We were on the 27th floor facing 47th street and heard very little noise from the street below and also didn't have any issue with the lights.

10. However, I still think the hotel is great, and if you are traveling for business, or money is not an issue, I think this is a great choice for the big apple.
