1. High floor had no issues with noise and the fact that the lobby of the hotel is actually on the second floor was not a big deal at all .

3. My only minor complaints were that the automatic wake-up button on the phones was out of order, but this was not a big deal (because I got a timely wake-up call from the desk when I requested it), and I thought that the lobby was a little cramped.
