1. The biggest negatives were (1) the breakfast buffett, and (2) the fact that you have to take 2 elevators to get to your room (1 from street level to the 3rd floor lobby; and another from the lobby to your room floor).

3. The only negative we had was when they brought our luggage up to the room, one of the bags must have been handled pretty rough as we had a bottle of white wine in there that got broken.
