3. I went to one floor and was afraid I was in an abandoned building that was under construction but I think it was purely my mistake since I wasn't paying attention during check in.

7. The staff was friendly, efficient and top-notch, which was especially appreciated because we arrived late in the day and the lobby was under construction (in the midst of a huge renovation), conditions that usually lead to a long wait in line and abrupt service.
