1. We found a really amazing deal on their website that was non refundable and the dates weren't changeable but we already had everything booked so we weren't concerned.

9. The only two things were lacking, 1 the view from our room was non-existent and 2, while the lobby looks sparkly and new, the rooms themselves are dated and a bit warn.
