The bathrooms are functional though you get a

The room is spacious (for NYC), and it didn't have any

smells, which is really a first for me in NYC.

Don't expect clear bright light in your room either (there are candles though placed on odd, eye gouging level sconces, so

because it is a very narrow building and is not marked outside, so you can walk right past it if you are looking at the other hotels across the street.
