3. Measurements are of course available on their website but it is difficult to appreciate the small size of the rooms until experiencing it for yourself with furniture, cupboards etc taken into account.

6. My main criticism would be the lighting - it is very difficult to get any bright light in the room - the lamps are all very atmospheric, but not very practical when you want to see your reflection in the mirror or read the paper.

7. We loved the 'buzz' in the bar area in the week night evenings even though finding a seat was difficult we loved sitting at the bar and the bar staff are super efficient and very friendly.

8. The front people are very friendly, only thing is bell boys are hard to find, and lugging my heavy suitcases up the front stairs was quite difficult.

9. It is not a big hotel which is lovely because you get a fabulous, intimate feeling in the hotel which is difficult to obtain in a city as large as New York.
