2. When we checked in the touches I had tried to organise for my wife had not been done and the room we were given was not really very nice (stained carpet and horrible views) but the brilliant concierge (Teddy? If you read this and that name is wrong.

4. All of the walls are painted black so the alcove reminded us of the coat check in a nightclub - so horrible.
