1. Oh, another small thing, the offer in Booking included breakfast for no additional price so we thought: great, why not? unfortunately, it didn't specify what type of breakfast and so when we got there, it was a continental breakfast which was rather poor.

4. unfortunately the hotel was not only the darkest but the hottest hotel I have ever stayed in, the lobby and bar area were so dark I had trouble seeing the bar bill to sign it, the rooms were very dark, only 1 small light over the sofa.

5. unfortunately the airconditioning unit kicks on sporadically and noisily enough to wake you up.

6. Also the service of the staff of the hotel was exceptional and, in specific, when I was faced with an unfortunate event while returning to the hotel and the staff was informed about it, they reacted fast and effectivelly, leaving me totally satisfied, specifically Ms.

9. The wow factor hits you as you walk in to the hotel but that is where it ends unfortunately.
