1. Be warned after you walk down broadway after wall st, the area is not the best and we narrowly avoided a very nasty incident in McDonalds.

5. Make sure you book a room at the front of the hotel , avoid rooms in the back of the hotel because they are doing construction next door at night from Mon to Friday.
