5. Excellent location near Times Square, Broadway and Grand Central, good metro connection, alone decent food and restaurants in the area seem a bit hard to come by.

The hotel itself is a very cool, trendy boutique one and on arrival you are greeted with the bar which runs virtually the whole left side of the hotel & is always busy with people not only staying at the hotel but is also very popular with New Yorkers, during our stay one night HBO had even hired out a part of the bar to promote a new show they were launching so its a great place to have a drink after a hard days shopping or before you go out in the evening.

9. The hotel has a very cool hip New York City atmosphere (if you're into that sort of thing) but it's a little hard to find, my boyfriend and I passed it twice before realizing we were at the building.
