1. The only negative that was NOT the hotel's problem was the rude and unprofessional way the neighboring gym handled our complementary entry.

4. The main problem with this hotel was the doorstaff - I found them very friendly on arrival and leaving when tips were expected but during my stay they were unbelievably rude slouching on the railings talking to each other and ignoring the guests - not bothering to even break the conversation when you arrived back never mind opening the door for you.

5. The reason I have only given this hotel a 3 star is due to the staff - they weren't rude as such just acting like they couldnt care less, there were problems with the internet throughout the stay, which on the first 2 occasions the staff refused to acknowledge on the 3rd day we finally did get some help but you also have to pay per 15 minutes which is not great when you need to access quite a lot of emails.

6. not overly rude, but just didn't smile, ask how our stay was or wish us a happy holiday or anything since it was Christmas Eve.

10. it is in a fab location grand central straight up the road newyork public Library around the corner times square down the road , This is the first time we have been in new york and the Only let down for us was a yellow taxi from the airport very rude orrible man who justed wanted his TIP , anway get a private hire car plus driver back to the aiport , excellent service .
