1. When we got to our floor, walking down the hallway had the feeling of being in a submarine w/ the un-inviting dark grey walls & terrible lighting.

2. Having booked through my travel agent I began to have reservations with regard to his assurances that it was not like the Hudson, which had I not thought was so terrible I would have thought its faux funkiness was laughable.

9. The service in the bar when we arrived was terrible-we had to flag down a waiter-and they never did clear the table from the previous occupants-also the shower stall was gunky on the floor, other than that, no complaints-a great deal-nice people.
