4. Our experience was such a shame as Management have a superb product in the hotel, which is unfortunately let down by the staff.

5. Concierge (only available weekdays - shame) was fantastic and she knew all the hints and tips - she directed us to TKTS down in South Port Plaza and we got some excellent tickets for half price to see Mary Poppins and Mamma Mia.
