1. Some of the rooms can be noisy from sounds of the building but that is easy to overcome with all the other nice things, just bring ear plugs.

4. They have amazing iPhone or Nano sound systems in the room, they added a new air purifier recently (a little noisy, but you can turn it off), and power strips, for us business travelers that need lots of outlets.
