1. One slightly annoying aspect was that there was no coffee or tea making facilities (I didn't realise this when booking).

4. I was concerned at first when they gave us a room on the 4th floor, thinking the noise level could be annoying - but it was perfectly quiet.

5. Firstly the room was very small (and considering we had booked well in advance I was annoyed to be given the smallest room on the floor) We also had a really noisy air condition unit, which did not make for a good sleep.

7. The only downside with the room was there are no tea and coffee making machines which is normal for upmarket hotels - it just annoys me because I dont want to have to pay through the roof for a cup of tea.

10. However, once I signed up for the wifi, the connection in my room was very weak and kept cutting out which was really annoying especially since I paid for it.
