3. When I've had unexpected last minute needs for a stay and even the travel agent couldn't get the booking, I gave a call to the front desk and they got me in on more than one occasion - I think the worst case scenario of one of those trips was that I had to stay in a smoking room.

4. So we heard 'whooshing' & jackhammers ALL night, the worst from about 10 pm to 3 am.

5. Is there no law against noise pollution? It was the worst way to end the trip as I could not fall back asleep since the jackhammer drilling sound didn't pause.

6. 2 margaretas which I might add are the worst I have ever tasted in the world and we could not drink them, then had the cheek to tell me that it wasnt his fault we didnt appreciate good drinks.

9. 3rd trip to NYC and easily the worst hotel ( Ritz BP and Sofitel being the other 2 )Location obviously superb and main building tastefully decorated with relaxed atmosphere so all good there but for me that's as much as I can recommend.
