3. Only negative i can mention is the price of food/beverages which put us off from dining/drinking too much in the hotel, and the mini bar prices were crazy, but this is a 5 star hotel in central NY so its to be expected.

4. I read the reviews on Trip Advisor and the majority came back positive and the negatives had to do with noise from outside so I thought can't be so bad especially if I get an upper floor.

6. negatives:1) The main accommodation building (a 1960s / 1970s office type building) is dated and showing its age.

7. The only negatives I'd mention are that some of the room fixtures (including the lighting and temperature control system) are getting very dated and the wifi was virtually unusable (at least from our corner rooms).
