1. I find it hard to believe that only one person in the entire hotel has the ability to change my room, but at that point I'm already annoyed with the service so it's my aggrivation is mouting.

4. Despite gratuity already being added to the bill the waiter then got annoyed at us for not tipping him a second time, the service being absolutely rubbish so we refused as we had already tipped him and he certainly did not deserve a 30% tip.

Can't fault the facilities, the room is good, service is fine but seriously avoid staying here until the construction across the road is finished or you're a deep sleeper, the drilling and jackhammers are incessant and continue all day and all night, while the noise is not the hotel's fault, reception does not warn you and didn't even bother to ask how our stay was, which was annoying, plus no offer of discount when this complaint was raised.

6. Once he found out that we were not going to have a full breakfast he engaged in generally acting annoyed when I asked for a plate and knife and taunted us saying 'oh ya, bon appetite' in the most sarcastic way that it did not go unnoticed by others around us.

7. Normally this type of thing doesn't bother me, as I can tune most of it out, but when you have a jack hammer going from 7am to 9pm everyday for the length of your stay (ours was 7 days), it gets a bit annoying.
