1. Some small issues (3 pillows with 4 persons, minibar locked and not able to unlock it after 22:00) but all solved fine.

5. We experienced very good service from a lot of the staff, but there was quite a bit of 'attitude' from the front desk staff, and there were a few issues with housekeeping.

6. This would not have been an issue, if I hadn't handed the masseuse a $20 cash tip (for a $100 massage) BEFORE the massage, so that my daughter wouldn't have to deal with the tipping.

10. After being on a long hold the gentleman took my call and then while attempting to resolve the issue, hung up on me, which required calling back.
