1. The only thing my room lacked was a TV in the bathroom and the wifi was free but slow and sketchy at times.

2. Location is great too, there are a few subway stations nearby to help you get around Manhattan (I found this far more efficient than cabs because the traffic can be so slow sometimes, so underground is the best way to get around during the day.
