1. The biggest three problems, I felt, were no HD television, no in-room coffee service, and horrible Internet (wired or wireless).

The only good thing I found about this hotel is the location, however my stay in this hotel was horrible here are the reasons:1- Room Service: I do not know what part of the sentence 'Do Not Disturb' the hotel did not understand when I left the room I kept the sign on, when I came back the room service went in and cleaned the room, however they took the glasses from the minibar and I have to ask 4 times for them to return them back.

8. I downgrade this hotel because of the amenities like horrible restaurant, pricey cocktails, mediocre customer service, lack of updated decor in the lobby, size of the lobby (not very grand).
