We stayed in the New York Palace last week for 5 nights for our 1st wedding anniversary and were very excited due to all of the great things we had heard about the hotel prior to our arrival, however a series of unfortunate and disappointing experiences left us despairing at the level of service offered in the hotel and how each of the problems were dealt with.

7. unfortunately we did find the Lounge over crowded at times, especially breakfast but overall it is good value especially if you use it during the day to have a break from shopping or business.
