5. If you think you have found a 'bargain' of a deal on a luxury hotel in NYC, you'll be disappointed, especially with the service misses throughout the hotel ranging from the wandering bell staff to poor Internet.

6. We were disappointed by the room's view but were very tired and knew we wouldn't be spending much time in it, however for a 5 star hotel, staying for 5 nights, our first visit to NYC and international visitors I was expecting a wow view, after all we were in a 5 star New York hotel.

9. A little disappointed by the business centre charges, my husband had left his laptop at home, per my request, but needed to use their computer for a few minutes and was charged $10 for 10 minutes.
