I have a lot more of this examples such as a wake up call asked for 8 30 AM and they called at 8 55 AM, nighlty turndown service simply didn't appear in three of the five nights of our stay, we asked for an extra refrigerator and they brought it broken, etc but I don't want to make this review so long.

5. Upon arrival to the airport I discovered that my bracelet in the top pocket of our hand luggage was broken :(ON THE BRIGHT SIDEOUR CONCLUSIONIn the end it is great attentive service that makes you want to come back, not discounts and appologies.

6. We had to call maintenance about several problems: clicking air conditioner, broken heater, running toilet, and broken light.
