Unlickily since our arrival we expirienced lots of service issues that made us come to the conclusion that we'll probably look for other options on our next visit to NYC and I will post some of them here, At check in, we were assigned to an unfriendly woman who seemed upset as I was taking my time to find my ID and started making odd faces.
