1. We booked a two queen bedroom with comfortable beds, great shower and bad.

4. As the other reviews say there is not anything bad that can be said, the hotel is very well maintained and while it it modern with all the conviences that guests can expect it still has a certain old world charm that lingers from when it was a Mansion back in the early 20th century.

6. I read the reviews on Trip Advisor and the majority came back positive and the negatives had to do with noise from outside so I thought can't be so bad especially if I get an upper floor.

8. Overall and trying to be as fair as I can as we did experience some problems which we felt were handled very badly, the New York Palace is a reasonably nice hotel with poor customer service.
