1. I expected an explanation and apology but instead I heard excuses and a most ridiculous statement ' we reached out to you by calling the number on the bag' the manager actually believed that calling and not leaving a message is a valid tactic in this circumstance .

8. I actually had a free trip here from work and thought generally the facilities and location were excellent, the price of the food and extras was ridiculous and wasn't good enough to justify the charge.
