1. You will hear a lot of complaints from other reviewers saying it is just too large, and too far to walk to anything.

2. The only little complaint that i had was that it seemed no matter how early you got to the pool (7 AM) there were still no lounge chairs available, they all had towels claiming them.

7. Another complaint is charging to use internet on the lobby computers we paid 6k for the trip and they want to charge per minute for the internet in the lobby lol very greedy.

8. complaints were the elevators broke the long walk to our room the quality of the room and the price of food was just unreal the first day i was ready to leave until i learned my way around then i really enjoyed it.
