1. We could hear the lady right above us walking around in high heels and a lot of people host various events here, which caused a lot of late night noise and the beds were way too soft for my back.

10. As for 'complaints': The walkways outside the rooms are tile and that makes for some noise when luggage is being brought up or down but I suppose that's a small complaint in an otherwise lovely property.
