1. Given the totality of the experience here, we unfortunately can not recommend Westin Kaanapali Ocean Resort Villas and we will not patronize this resort again.

10. unfortunately, the Westin KORV has an elaborate room categorizing system (which differs from the one published at Orbitz) so they can put you wherever you wish and come up with any explanation to justify it.
