3. This is ridiculous, as a guess at Westin at least they can provide us with chairs and umbrella it is a beach front property but over all the westin was a fun and exciting trip.

8. Again, been to MANY resorts in Hawaii, and never ran into this type of ridiculous policy.

Some other off-putting aspects of the WKORV: young children in the jacuzzi tubs despite the signage stating that they must be accompanied by adults, ridiculously small parking spaces, a strong sewage smell in the parking lot/near the entrance to the North Villas, AC that wouldn't go below 77 degrees (an issue when you have to keep your patio door closed and curtains closed at all times).
